3.2 Pricing & GST
All prices displayed on www.roccope.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable. No additional tax will be charged at checkout for domestic orders.
For international orders, prices are displayed in INR. Currency conversion, applicable local taxes, customs duties, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (see Section 5.2).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete your purchase. Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to their own specific terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
3.3 Product Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. In the rare event that a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your payment has been processed, we will notify you promptly and offer either a full refund or an alternative product of equal value.
4. Orders & Payments
4.1 Placing an Order
You may shop on roccope.com as a registered account holder or as a guest. By placing an order, you confirm that:

- You are authorised to use the selected payment method
- You are purchasing products for personal use or as a genuine gift, not for resale
An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your order is successfully placed. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of receipt of your order, not a binding acceptance. Roccope reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch if we detect fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
4.2 Payment Methods Accepted
We accept the following payment methods through our secure Razorpay payment gateway:

All online transactions are encrypted and processed securely by Razorpay. Roccope does not store your payment card details. By completing a transaction, you agree to Razorpay's Payment Terms and Privacy Policy.
4.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available at select pincodes across India. The COD option will automatically appear at checkout if your delivery location is eligible. Roccope reserves the right to withdraw or modify COD availability at any time. Repeated COD order cancellations or non-acceptance at delivery may result in restriction of COD access for your account.
4.4 Order Cancellation
You may request an order cancellation before it is dispatched by contacting us immediately at info@roccope.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our Returns process (see Section 6). Roccope reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud detection, or stock unavailability, in which case a full refund will be processed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Domestic Shipping (India)
We deliver across India through trusted third-party courier partners. Our standard estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time.
- Order tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS once your order is dispatched
- Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays
- Roccope is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or other factors beyond our control
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or significantly delayed by the courier, please contact us at info@roccope.com and we will initiate an investigation and resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
5.2 International Shipping
Roccope ships to select countries internationally with premium packaging and full order tracking. International shipping rates vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
🌍 International Customers — Important Notice
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other charges levied by your country's customs authority are entirely the customer's responsibility. Roccope has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any such fees. Orders held at customs due to non-payment of duties are the customer's responsibility.
International delivery times vary by country and are subject to local customs clearance procedures. Roccope is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5.3 Shipping Charges
Domestic shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Roccope may offer free shipping promotions on orders above 999 rupees, which will be clearly communicated on our website and at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error is made on our part.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
6.1 Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Roccope purchase. Our hassle-free return policy allows you to return or exchange eligible products within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
6.2 Eligibility Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- In original packaging with all tags, dust bags, and accessories intact
- Free of scratches, stains, odours, or any signs of use or wear
❌ Non-Returnable Conditions
Products that have been used, worn, scratched, stained, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging will NOT be accepted for return or exchange. Roccope reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Leather natural variation (grain, texture, colour) does not qualify as a defect and is not grounds for return.
6.3 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team through our official support channel within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product. Our team will review your request and share return approval and instructions within 2 business days.
Do not ship any product back without receiving written approval from our team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
6.4 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer. However, if your order value exceeds a qualifying threshold (as communicated on our website or at the time of return approval), Roccope will arrange and bear the cost of return pickup. In cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (wrong item shipped), Roccope will bear the full return shipping cost.
6.5 Refund Options
Upon successful inspection and approval of the returned product, you may choose from:
- Full Refund to Original Payment Method — Processed within 7–10 business days after return approval. Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
- Product Replacement — A replacement of the same or equivalent product will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after return approval.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
